About the Zara
Zara wraps the mattress on three sides. The tall headboard continues into upholstered side panels 30cm deep as standard, so the bed sits within its own surround and the room reads as calmer for it. Those panels are included in the quoted widths, which is why the measurements are wider than the mattress size alone would suggest — worth checking against your wall before you order.
Rooms rarely oblige, so the panels are adjustable. They can be made narrower in 10cm multiples: leave the measurement in a note at checkout and the bed is built to it. The headboard is supplied split in two, bolting together from behind with a join that vanishes once the bed is in place, and it can be made floor to ceiling if you would prefer the upholstery to meet the ceiling line.
