Enter your order number and the email address you used, and we'll show you which stage your order has reached. You don't need an account, and we'll give you a private link you can come back to.
We use these two details only to find your order. Your email address is sent in the form, never in the web address, so it stays out of your browser history.
What the stages mean
Every order moves through four stages, and we'll usually email you as yours moves along.

Stage 1
Enquiry received
We have your details and we're checking everything over.

Stage 2
Order confirmed
Everything is agreed and your order is booked in with us.

Stage 3
Being made
Nothing is held in stock — your order is made to the size, fabric and colour you chose.

Stage 4
Delivered
Your order has arrived with you.
Fabric samples go by post rather than on one of our own deliveries, so they follow a slightly different path — Enquiry received, Order confirmed, Posted, Delivered — and you'll see the carrier and a tracking number on your order page once the parcel is on its way.
