Delivery Information

Delivery is free within 50 miles of our Glasgow store. Beyond that radius there is a flat £50 charge, wherever you are on the mainland. A few outlying postcodes and offshore addresses need a bespoke quote — send us your postcode and we will confirm before you order.

How long it takes

Allow 4–6 weeks. Nothing is held in stock: your piece is built to the size, fabric and colour you choose after you order, and the lead time is what that takes. We will be in touch to arrange a date once it is ready rather than leaving you guessing.

What happens on the day

Our two-person team brings your order into the room of your choice — not left in the hall, and not left at the door. Beds arrive finished rather than flat-pack, though larger headboards come in sections that bolt together from the rear once they are in the room.

Measure the way in, not just the room

This is where most delivery problems start. Before you order, measure your doorways, the narrowest point of the stairs and any turn on the landing — a tight tenement stairwell is exactly why several of our headboards are supplied split. If access is awkward, tell us when you order and we will tell you whether it is a problem.

It is also worth checking the finished size of the bed itself rather than the mattress. Every product page carries a specifications tab with the dimensions we hold for that model, and an upholstered frame is always wider than the mattress inside it.

Areas we cover

The free radius takes in Glasgow and most of the surrounding towns — Paisley, Clydebank, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Motherwell, Coatbridge, Airdrie, Cumbernauld, Kirkintilloch, Dumbarton, Greenock, Kilmarnock, Irvine, Falkirk, Stirling, Ayr and Dunfermline among them. Before you commit

Because each piece is made to your own specification, it cannot be swapped for a different fabric later. Fabric samples are £2 each — order a few and live with them in the room's own light before you decide. See our returns page for what happens if something arrives faulty or damaged.
