Delivery Information

Delivery is free within 50 miles of our Glasgow store, measured in a straight line from the store. Beyond that radius there is a flat £50 charge. It applies to furniture, panelling and garden products alike, and you don't need to ask: checkout works it out from your postcode and shows it in your total before you pay.

If a postcode can't be checked at the time — Channel Islands and Isle of Man addresses, for example — your order still goes through and we confirm delivery with you. Reserving with a deposit? Delivery is added to your balance, never to the deposit.

How long it takes

Delivery times vary from item to item. If you need something by a particular date, ask us before you order — the Ask question about this product button on every product page comes straight to us, and we would rather tell you up front than have you waiting on a date we never promised.

What happens on the day

How an item is delivered depends on what it is. If you need to know how something will arrive, or whether it needs assembling, ask us before you order and we will tell you.

Measure the way in, not just the room

This is where most delivery problems start. Before you order anything large — a sofa, a wardrobe, a dining table — measure your doorways, the narrowest point of the stairs and any turn on the landing. If access is awkward, tell us when you order and we will tell you whether it is a problem.

It is also worth checking the finished size of the piece itself. Product pages carry a specifications tab with the dimensions we hold for each item.

The free radius takes in Glasgow and most of the surrounding towns — Paisley, Clydebank, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Motherwell, Coatbridge, Airdrie, Cumbernauld, Kirkintilloch, Dumbarton, Greenock, Kilmarnock, Irvine, Falkirk, Stirling, Ayr, Dunfermline and Edinburgh among them.
