We do not compromise on quality: every piece is specified and checked before it goes out, and we use premium materials throughout.

Because each piece is made to your own specification — your size, your fabric, your colour — we are unable to accept returns on made-to-order items unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

If anything is not right, contact us as soon as you can after delivery and we will put it right. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
