Returns

Everything we sell is ready-made stock, so if you change your mind you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us you want to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back. Let us know at our contact page and we will tell you how to return it.

Items should come back in the condition you received them, with their packaging where you still have it. You may handle an item as you would in a shop; if it has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to reflect it.

If anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us as soon as you can after delivery and we will put it right — that is separate from changing your mind, and it is not limited to 14 days.
