How we sell it
Everything on the site is ready-made stock. We are a shop rather than a workshop: we do not manufacture, and we do not claim to. What we do is choose the range, hold the details, and answer the question you actually have before you spend the money.
Each product page lists the details and dimensions we hold for that item. Where a listing does not give a measurement, we would rather say so than estimate one — if the page does not answer your question, the Ask question about this product button on it comes straight to us.
Choosing with us
The difference between a piece fitting a room and dominating it is usually a matter of centimetres, so product pages carry a specifications tab with the dimensions we hold. For anything large — a sofa, a wardrobe, a dining table — measure the route in as well as the room: the doorways, the narrowest point of the stairs and any turn on the landing. A tight tenement stairwell has caught out better planners than us.
If you would rather talk it through than work it out on screen, get in touch and we will help you size it properly.
Delivery
Delivery is free within 50 miles of our Glasgow store, measured in a straight line, and a flat £50 beyond that. It applies to furniture, panelling and garden products alike, and checkout works it out from your postcode before you pay. Full details are on our delivery information page, and there is more on the areas we cover in our guide to furniture in Glasgow.
