About the Lena
Lena is a study in softness. The headboard finishes at 142cm — high enough to sit against with a book, low enough to keep a bedroom feeling restful rather than formal — and reaches well past the frame on both sides, so the bed reads as one upholstered plane instead of a frame with a board attached. The example shown is upholstered in Teddy Bouclé Ivory, whose looped pile catches light in a way flat weaves never do.
Side rails sit 40cm from the floor, giving the piece a grounded, low-slung line. Beneath them you can specify gas-lift ottoman storage, which turns the whole base into usable space for bedding and off-season clothes.
Each Lena is made from scratch once you order, in any of our fabrics and colours. Headboard heights can be specified up to 6ft; talk to us if you need something taller. The headboard arrives in four manageable parts that assemble in the room, so a narrow staircase is no obstacle.
