About the Beaumont Upholstered Bed
The Beaumont is an upholstered bed frame. With no storage in the base, the headboard is what gives it its character.
The Beaumont headboard
The headboard is a scrolled sleigh shape, diamond tufted and set with crystal buttons, answered by a rolled foot end. It is upholstered in the same cloth as the rest of the bed, so the bed arrives as one piece rather than a frame and a board that nearly match.
How it is built
This is a bed frame rather than a divan: the mattress sits down inside an upholstered surround, with the side rails and foot end finished in the same cloth as the headboard. There is no storage in the base, which keeps the lines low and lets the headboard do the work.
Sizes
5 sizes, measured across the finished bed at its widest point:

- Small Double 4FT — 127 cm wide × 231 cm long
- Double 4FT6 — 144 cm wide × 231 cm long
- King 5FT — 158 cm wide × 240 cm long
- Super King 6FT — 189 cm wide × 240 cm long
