About the Sephora
Sephora is built around its headboard. Rather than stopping above the pillows, the upholstery carries on up the wall to head height and beyond, turning the head of the bed into the architecture of the room. It is a piece for a bedroom with ceiling to spare, and it looks best given a wall of its own.
Height on this scale usually creates a delivery problem, so we solved it in the build. The Sephora headboard is made in four vertical sections as standard; they travel separately, go up a normal staircase without drama, and bolt together from behind once they are in the room. From the front the joins read as part of the design. Every frame is cut and upholstered by hand once you order it, in the fabric and colour you choose, so nothing arrives off a warehouse shelf.
You can also specify integrated plug sockets in the headboard. These are supplied first-fix, with the back box already fitted, ready for a qualified electrician to connect to your mains once the bed is positioned. Faceplates come in white as standard and can be swapped for brushed brass, chrome, gold or black to suit the rest of the room.
