About the Elixir
Elixir is the most decorative bed in this group, and the most disciplined about it. The headboard rises well above pillow height and is broken into panels, with contrasting black plush sections set against the main upholstery. Between them runs our Vogue Gold trim, fitted as standard rather than charged as an extra, so the panelling is outlined in a thin, warm metallic line instead of being left to blur into itself.
The effect depends entirely on the fabric you choose. In pale velvets the contrast is graphic and hotel-like; in deeper colours the panelling recedes and the gold does most of the work. Because every Elixir is cut and upholstered to order, you are choosing that balance yourself rather than accepting a stocked combination.
The frame itself is kept deliberately simple, which keeps attention at the head of the bed and makes Elixir easier to live with alongside existing wardrobes and bedside furniture.
