About the Vdara Deluxe
Vdara Deluxe takes the Vdara outline and widens it. The upholstered headboard extends well beyond the frame on both sides, so the bed occupies its wall the way a piece of fitted joinery would. That width is not fixed either: it can be extended or reduced, so if the alcove or the chimney breast dictates a particular measurement, contact us before ordering and we will quote for it. It is shown here in plush velvet cream.
A headboard of this scale still has to reach the bedroom, so it is built in four bolt-together sections as standard. The seams are made from behind and disappear once the bed is assembled.
Built-in plug sockets are an option. They sit neatly within the headboard and are supplied as a first fix, with the back box already fitted. A qualified electrician extends your existing wall wiring, reaches through the access opening behind the socket plate to connect it, and refits the plate — usually about five minutes' work. Faceplates are white as standard and fully interchangeable for brushed brass, chrome, gold or black.
